How It Works:
If you are new to exercise and want some extra help to make sure that you are doing everything correctly, A.C.T. will help you build confidence by teaching you natural techniques in movement under the careful supervision of your expert trainer.
A.C.T. can take you from sedentary to fit in very little time. If you’re intimidated to get started in exercise, or haven’t worked out in years and want to make sure to avoid injury, then A.C.T. is your way to get moving!
Your own private class tailored exactly for you, designed to help you meet your goals VERY FAST. Whether you are training for a sporting event or competition, want a complete body transformation, or simply need specialized training due to past injuries, Accelerated Custom Training (ACT) is the way to get rapid results.
A secret ingredient in the success of A.C.T. is the personalized nutrition planning that we include in your program. Fuel Management is crucial for fast results; studies have shown that physical results are 80-85% dependent on nutrition.
We will teach you HOW to eat, rather simply tell you WHAT to eat in order to complement your training and get the results that you want. Explained in simple, easy-to-follow guidelines and customized for YOUR body and lifestyle. You will not be required to starve yourself, and you will eat delicious REAL food!
