Most people don’t know how to start a health and fitness program. There is too much information available online, which leads to confusion. Getting to the gym without guidance almost always leads to boring time on the treadmill, or overdoing it getting so sore that they dread going back.
Proper nutrition is the most important aspect for health, but easily the most confusing. What’s more, is the majority of people start a “one-size-fits-all” diet that only leads to rebounding, plateauing, and/or weight gain.
DNA’s One-Time Class is here to help you get started with health and fitness. You’ll understand the science behind fitness, nutrition, and your body!
About this class:
- College For Your Body is a 2.5 hour health, fitness, and nutrition class instructed by a certified nutritionist and one of Tucson’s top fitness experts.
- The first 30 minutes will be calculating each individuals body stats. We’ll determine your current body composition in order to develop your nutrition plan.
- The next 90 minutes will be nutrition planning. No fad diets, no supplements, NO STARVING; you’ll learn how to feed yourself and your family the healthy and sustainable way. You’ll learn about fat loss, and will walk away with your own basic custom plan.
- The last 30 minutes of class will be learning smart workout ideas (comfort zone workouts), and practicing proper exercise movements. We regularly train 70-something year olds, which means anyone can do this! We promise that you’ll leave appreciating exercise, not dreading it! (Wear comfortable exercise clothes)
- The price for this class includes your significant other.

- This class is $99 for you, and your significant other.
- Can I bring someone other than a significant other?
