Group Classes: All levels welcome –
Our group classes are SCALABLE, and are deliberately programmed to help clients achieve outstanding results over time. In other words, a 65-year-old retired banker with a bum knee, a 40-year-old teacher who used to run but now has no time, and a fit 25-year-old firefighter can do the same workout, with appropriate customization. An example is the firefighter will probably squat heavier weights, while another might simply learn to squat correctly. The elements are the same, and all group clients get outstanding training according to individual needs.
