Certified Fitness Instructor
Sigret has been involved in fitness training for over 25 years and received her qualifications and certifications while living abroad in England and Australia. As a trainer she specialized in women’s fitness training and fitness training for beginners. Her experience ranges from weight training, circuit training, running, yoga and Crossfit.
As part of the DNA training team Sigret offers Yoga for Crossfit –a progressive flow that is designed to complement and support Crossfit training. Participants will benefit from improved mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance.
