How is it possible to get results in only 30 minute sessions?
If you’ve been to a regular gym before, you know that it takes time to figure out your workouts; plus waiting for equipment is always an issue. It also takes considerable time to properly calculate your weights/reps in order to continue to make training progress.
Here at DNA PT we handle all of the prep work! You simply show up to your session and your workout is already programmed for you. We do the calculations, set-up your equipment, instruct and guide you. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and consistently develop your program based on everything you do during your sessions. We carefully track and log all of your abilities, and create your next program based on your progress.
How are the workouts programmed?
The needs of a young person just out of high school preparing for the military are different than a sixty-something person who needs to get healthy and lose weight. We currently train the above examples, as well as all other types of people who fit in between!

We’re currently working on an online nutrition planner that can be customized and is based on the sustainability of eating real food. Our definition of real food is:
It is naturally occurring, and can be hunted or grown. Generally, real food does not have a shelf life, and spoils quickly (refrigeration aside). Meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds are all real foods.
However, we do not demonize foods that don’t fit the description above. Many of the foods we love are processed foods (Pizza, bread, cheesecake etc.) and were invented for us to enjoy life, but of course in moderation. Most of us know and understand that if we want to be healthy, we cannot simply eat cheeseburgers and fries. But if we are already very healthy, then the occasional slice of cake will not be detrimental to health.
So in a nutshell a sustainable healthy lifestyle would consist of a majority of nutrients from real food, and the occasional treat.
“I’m intimidated to start because of ______________?”
Over the years we’ve heard almost every reason why anyone would be intimidated to start training.
In fact, most people are nervous or intimidated to get started, but the good news is 99% of our clients leave the first day/week/month feeling that their training session(s) were “just right”. We will never “over do it”, or push you too hard!

Soki has had an incredible background as an athlete, having competed in USAW Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. Over the years he found a passion in helping others achieve their athletic goals, which ultimately led to opening his own CrossFit gym, along with his wife in 2017. A seasoned head coach with years of experience, Soki offers excellent training that only the best can offer.
A Marines Veteran, He is also a father to two beautiful girls.

As a mother of two beautiful daughters, and the co-owner of CrossFit Saguaro (with her husband), she brings patience and professionalism, making her an all-time favorite with clients.

As the visionary driving DNA, David has dedicated his life to extensive research on the physiological and nutritional sciences. Through years of study and experience, David has developed the incredibly effective and efficient programs that are employed at DNA. With the help of his team, he develops the training program, performs all of the nutrition consultations, and designs individual programs.
In addition to years of training experience, David achieved the rare CrossFit Level-4 Coach Certification. Of the over 100,000+ CrossFit trainers in the world, only 71 hold this qualification!

Julien is no stranger to self transformations. Several years ago, he lost 80lbs by changing his eating habits and dedicating his early mornings to getting to the gym. Having triumphed over the arduous task of self-transformation, he developed a newfound passion in helping others that led to intense study in the fields of health, fitness, and physiology.
Julien is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer, and is currently working towards his degree in Physical Therapy.
