I Guarantee that you’ll look forward to your training sessions. Your first few weeks will begin with very short, do-able, and fun workouts.
You don’t need to be in shape, and I make sure you feel great when you’re finished. Under normal circumstance, people will start getting in shape by going too hard, doing too much, getting too sore, and end up associating exercise as an unpleasant experience.
You should feel great after exercise, not destroyed! I’ll guide you every step of the way, working on the important movements never wasting time with worthless inefficient exercises.
