Our 30 minute personal training sessions are completely customized to you. The needs of a young person just out of high school preparing for the military are different than a sixty-something person that needs to get healthy and lose weight. We currently train the examples above as well as everything in between.
How can 30 minutes be effective?
Simple– we handle of the prep work! You simply show up to your session and your workout will have been already programmed for you. We do the calculations, set-up your equipment, instruct and guide you. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and consistently develop your program based on everything you do during your sessions. We carefully track and log all of your abilities, and create your next program based on your progress.
