Serving University of Arizona

Private personal trainer for University of Arizona faculty, staff and clinicians.

Campus and the medical center run on a schedule, and so does DNA. A session is thirty minutes, booked to a fixed time with the same coach, at a private studio about a mile and a half west of campus — individualized programming, evidence-led, with every session logged so progress is measurable rather than felt.

Training happens at our private Downtown studio, 177 N Church Ave, Suite 103, Tucson — about a mile from the Downtown studio. We do not have a facility in University of Arizona.

Getting here from University of Arizona

  • About 1.5 miles from the main campus; the streetcar's Downtown stops are a short walk from the studio.
  • A fixed slot means a faculty member or Banner clinician can train between obligations without re-booking each week.
  • Programming is written per person — post-rehab, strength for longevity, or athletic performance — and adjusted from logged data, not templates.

Who trains with us from University of Arizona

Faculty, medical-center staff and athletics department personnel who want credentialed coaching and a program they can see working in their own numbers.

Every session is one coach, one client, thirty focused minutes. Your program is written for you, every lift is logged in your dashboard, and the next session is built from what the last one showed. Weekly membership — no long-term contracts.

Your coaches

You see the same coach every session. Their verified credentials are on the team page.
